small group training

A semi-private personal training session with a limited number of participants. Each session has a variety of challenges but is modified for participants with the leadership of a personal trainer.

An assessment is the first step in joining the Small Group Personal Training Program.

Child Care Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday: No childcare available.
