The warm, inviting pool hosts a wide variety of activities and classes: pool workouts, open swimming, private swimming lessons, swimming classes, pool aerobics and exercise classes. Infant and Toddler Swim Lessons are available as well as Red Cross Swimming Lessons Levels 1-6. Instructor-to-student ratio can be as low as 1:4 for these classes.

Adult Open Swim
Lap swimming times are available every day. Adults over the age of 18 may swim when there is no other activity in the pool. There is no lap swimming during Aquafit or Arthritis Classes. Lap swimming during swim lessons is allowed upon the discretion of the instructor.
AquaFit Group Classes
This group exercise class emphasizes strengthening and shaping as well as providing a cardiovascular workout. A variety of aerobic moves such as: squats, lunges, water walking, jacks, jogging and skiing make up the cardiovascular portion of the class.
H2O (Aqua-Agility, Balance and Lengthening Exercise)
This class is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 pm until 2:55 pm. The classes are designed to maintain mobility. Trained and certified instructors utilize the 89° warm pool to help soothe joints and muscles. The instructors present exercises in aquatics classes that will provide participants with tools to maintain comfort while progressing their fitness level.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings the indoor warm pool is open for family swims. See schedule for times. Adults must accompany children. Family Swim Memberships are available for swim lesson families or Weekend Family Memberships. Children are only allowed in the pool during Family Swim times and when participating in swimming lessons. Children must use pool-area locker rooms. Family Swim Guest Fees are $15.00 for Adults and $3.00 for Children.
This class takes elements from Yoga / Pilates that rely on the core for strength training and stabilization. Using the natural properties of the warm pool, participants can challenge balance, flexibility, strength and stamina. Relaxation and the weightless feeling of the water enhance the participant’s experience. Movements stay slow and relaxed.
